30-Day Fast & Free Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it meets the eligibility requirements below.

Return Eligibility (Read This Part)

To qualify for a return, the hair must be:

Unworn (not installed, not tried on, not used)
Unaltered (no cutting, trimming, coloring, toning, bleaching, perming, chemical processing, or heat/steam styling)
In the exact same condition as it was shipped
Returned with all original packaging and inserts (if included)

If the product shows signs of wear, use, installation, odor (smoke/perfume), damage, or alteration, it will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact our support team (or use our return portal if you have one). Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return label for a fast, free return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Banks may take a few business days to post the refund after it’s processed.
