Shipping
All LNGTHS orders ship from our warehouse in Tucker, Georgia.
Shipping Schedule
- We ship Monday–Friday only (excluding holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship the next business day.
- Holiday periods may cause carrier delays outside of our control.
Free Shipping (USA Only)
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Every order includes free shipping.
- Free FedEx Shipping (most addresses): delivery in 1–2 business days after shipment.
- PO Boxes, APO & FPO: shipped via USPS (FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes/APO/FPO).
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped.
Overnight Express
Overnight Express is available at an additional cost and is calculated at checkout.
- If you select Overnight Express and place your order before 12:00 PM ET, your order ships the same business day (excluding holidays).
- If you select Overnight Express and place your order after 12:00 PM ET, your order ships the next business day.
If you’d like to upgrade shipping after placing your order, we can help as long as your order has not shipped. We’ll send an invoice for the upgrade, and payment must be received before the order ships.
Tracking & Order Updates
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via:
- SMS (if you opted in)
- The Shop app (if you enabled notifications)
Please check your spam/promotions folder if you don’t see tracking emails.
Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We do not edit addresses after an order is placed.
If you need to change an address, the order must be cancelled (if it has not shipped) and a new order must be placed.
Delivered But Not Received / Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please check with neighbors, your building/office mail area, and the carrier.
Customers are responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
Shipping Protection is optional and can be added at checkout. If selected, it covers lost or damaged packages in transit.
To be eligible for assistance, shipping issues must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date (or within 7 days of the last tracking update if the package is lost in transit).
Order Accuracy & Packing Photos
To ensure your order is accurate, we take photos of every LNGTHS order during the packing process before it ships. This helps us confirm the correct items, shade, and quantity are included in your package.
